The in-depth three dimensional filter material, 100% pure textilefiber three-dimensionally, the highly fluffy form three dimensionaldepth, and meandrous filtering layer by adopting the needling method. Itscharacteristic is fluffy fibrous tissue, and the high spacing rate increases the capacity of impurity. This fiber is of compound cutoff mode, effective removing solid or soft particles, that is to say, the larger impure particles are caught on the fiber surface, and minor ones are held in the deep layer of filtering material, to efficiently avoid breaking under increasing pressure during, so it enjoys a very high filtering rate. The high temperature surface heat treatment, or the instant application of agglomeration technology/inferior-polishing treatment, not only guarantees no filtrate pollution caused by traditional rolling pressing treatment, and light differential pressure does not affect the flow rate. The felt material, made from polypropylene and polyester is disposable(one shot), with filtering precision of 1~20μm
